How Can Donna Sarna Physiotherapy Help?

At Donna Sarna Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation an assessment is performed to evaluate posture, flexibility, strength, and dance technique.  An individualized treatment plan is developed based on the assessment findings and may include a combination of treatment techniques such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral mobilization, and other soft tissue techniques. Joint mobilization techniques, joint manipulations, and muscle energy techniques may also be a component of your treatment plan if needed.

At Donna Sarna Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation we also offer Pilates mat and Pilates Reformer classes to improve posture and core strength, help with muscle imbalances, and improve muscle recruitment and sequencing.  Classes are offered in group format as well as semi-private and private.  Written feedback can be provided to doctors and dance instructors with consent.
