What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes your core providing you with strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and good posture. The exercises are performed in a slow controlled manner emphasizing correct form to lower the chance of injury.

Pilates on Corydon located in Donna Sarna Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation has been providing unique Pilates, fitness, health and wellness classes since 2004.  All our instructors are trained in STOTT Pilates and have special training to work with individuals with injuries and special conditions. We keep our class sizes small to ensure individualized attention to all of our participants. A variety of different classes are offered ranging from beginner to intermediate Pilates, Rehab Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Myofascial stretch classes. Classes are offered in group format, semi-private as well as private.
