How Can Donna Sarna Physiotherapy Help?

At Donna Sarna Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation exercise prescription by a physiotherapist is developed with careful consideration of the patient’s health status (including medications), risk factor profile, behavioral characteristics, personal goals, and exercise preferences. The physiotherapist will design exercise programs tailored to each individual which will consider the patient’s interests, lifestyle, and commitments in order to ensure the success of and compliance to the program.

The exercises will vary from range of motion exercises, stretches, posture education, core stabilization, cardiovascular training, strength training, and Pilates exercises. The physiotherapist will go through each of the exercises in detail to ensure they are completed correctly and safely. Pictures and written instructions will be provided once the client has demonstrated that they are able to perform the exercises safely and independently.
